Treatments and suitability
Treatment descriptions are provided for general information. They are not a medical diagnosis, a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional, or a promise of a particular result. Individual experiences and suitability vary. Tell the spa about relevant concerns, allergies, sensitivities, or conditions before a treatment so the provider can discuss whether the service is appropriate for you.
Appointments
Appointments can be requested through Buddha Beauty Spa’s Clover booking page. Your appointment is confirmed when you complete the booking process and receive a confirmation. Regular hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Sunday and Monday are closed. Online bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice and can be made up to 60 days ahead. Availability may change.
Prices and payment
Please review the service price, duration, deposit, remaining balance, and any applicable tax shown at checkout before completing a booking. If the website menu and Clover checkout show different information, contact the spa for clarification before paying. For a package booked with an online deposit, Maria will collect the remaining package balance in person and arrange the remaining sessions with you.
Deposits and cancellations
A $50 deposit is required for an appointment totaling more than $50. It is credited toward the scheduled service. To cancel or reschedule, call or text the spa at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss the appointment, the deposit is forfeited. Maria may approve an exception at her discretion.
Packages and refunds
Except where required by law, individual treatments and treatment packages are nonrefundable and nontransferable. All sessions in a package must be completed within 90 days of the first treatment date; unused sessions expire after that period. If you miss a prepaid package appointment, you forfeit both the deposit for that appointment and one package session. Booking a replacement appointment requires a new deposit. Maria coordinates and tracks the remaining sessions directly with you.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the time beyond that grace period will be taken from your scheduled treatment time; the appointment will not be extended.
Taxes
Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you pay.
Website content and third-party links
The site’s text, photos, video, logo, and design are provided to explain the spa’s services. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission from the appropriate rights holder. Links or embeds for services such as Google Maps and Clover are operated by their respective providers and may have their own terms and privacy notices.
