Information you provide
When you call, text, or email us, you may provide your name, contact details, treatment interests, and anything you include in your message. The form on our Visit page prepares an email in your own email application. It does not submit information to, or store information in, a database on this website; the message is sent only if you choose to send it.
Please do not include payment-card details or sensitive medical information in an ordinary email or website inquiry. Contact us to discuss the best way to share information relevant to a treatment.
How we use information
We use the information you share to answer questions, discuss treatments, arrange and provide appointments, send service-related communications, and maintain business records. We do not use customer contact details for promotional emails or texts. Clover may send appointment confirmations and reminders by email. If SMS notifications become available and you provide the appropriate consent, Clover may also send non-marketing appointment texts.
Online booking and payments
Our booking links take you to Clover. When you book or pay through Clover, it may collect your contact details, selected service, appointment time, booking notes, and payment information. Buddha Beauty Spa can access the booking and transaction details needed to provide your service and manage the appointment. Clover processes information under its own Privacy Notice.
Website technology
This website is hosted by Bluehost, which may process technical information, such as an IP address and server logs, to deliver and secure the site. The site also loads fonts from Google and embeds Google Maps; those features may connect your browser to Google, which handles information under its Privacy Policy. Our videos are hosted with the website.
The site uses browser session storage to remember that its loading screen has appeared during your current browsing session. It does not use that setting to track you across websites. This website does not currently operate its own user accounts, analytics, advertising pixels, or contact-form database.
Sharing and retention
We share information with service providers only as needed for the functions described here, such as website hosting, email and text delivery, maps, booking, and payment processing. We keep inquiries and appointment records for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, manage the business, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please contact us if you have a question about a particular record.
Your choices
You may browse the website without contacting us or booking. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete information you have provided, subject to any records we must keep. If you receive an optional text message, follow the opt-out instructions in that message or contact us. Clover also provides controls and notices for information you submit through its booking pages.
Updates
We may update this policy as our website and services change. The current version will be posted on this page. Contact us with any questions about our privacy practices.
